Founded in 2008 as a sole proprietorship G.Schafflützel Network (BroadStyle) and operating under the name of Brascom GmbH since 2019, we are based in Eschlikon as a technology consulting company.

Our goal is to deliver more than the customer pays for. Our customers stay with us, they choose us, including their next project, because they know that they are in good hands with us.

The most pressing social challenges of our time can only be mastered together. Together with our partners we fight for a better future.

Around 350,000 children and young people in Switzerland are affected by a rare disease.

This brings major challenges for the whole family: parents who are on the edge of their strength, siblings who miss out, financial worries and social isolation. To support these families on their way, the non-profit association for children with rare diseases was founded in 2014. This supports affected families financially, organizes KMSK family events in order to connect them and anchors knowledge on the subject of “rare diseases in children” among specialists and the general public. Around 650 affected families are in the free KMSK family network, as well as 540 parents in the KMSK self-help group Switzerland (Facebook)! We know the needs of the families affected and want to support them too. Brascom donates an amount per order directly to a KMSK crowdfunding project and supports the dreams and wishes of children with rare diseases.

Transparency in Supply ChainsBrascom Statement on Slavery and Human Trafficking

Brascom as a Swiss company leads a Transparency in Supply Chains. That means that retail sellers and manufacturers doing business with us has to disclose their efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their supply chains for tangible goods offered for sale.

Verification

Brascom has a “Supplier Social Accountability Audit Checklist/Report”. Brascom uses the Checklist/Report to assess our suppliers’ practices with respect to its workers, including slavery and human trafficking. The Checklist/Report is sent to suppliers once a year and our Brascom Team follows-up with onsite inspections. Brascom does not use a third party auditor.

Audits

Brascom conducts audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards for human trafficking and slavery in supply chains. Brascom vets all potential suppliers on multiple levels prior to bringing them into the supply chain approved vendor list. At the present time, Brascom audits are not independent and unannounced. Brascom may consider independent and unannounced audits in the future.

3.
Certifications

Brascom requires suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the country or countries in which they are doing business. Brascom’s Checklist/Report incorporates this requirement.

4.
Internal Accountability

Brascom maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees and contractors. This standard is reflected in Brascom’s Code of Conduct. All employees are required to comply with Brascom’s Code of Conduct.

5.
Training

Brascom provides company employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, training on human trafficking and slavery, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.
